Orders & Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to the email address that you have provided with all relevant tracking information for you to track the progress of your parcel. If you do not receive this email then please contact our customer service team who can assist you.

How can I make changes to my order?

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct when the order is placed. 

If you do need to make any changes to your order then please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched then our team will be happy to assist you with making changes. Once your order has been dispatched then making changes is more difficult, but our customer service team will be happy to talk through your options.

We offer a SAME DAY delivery service through Royal Mail. This request must be submitted to the customer service team before 11am BST. The cost of this service is determined by Royal Mail based on the shipping address. 

Please note: There are some postcodes that the UK DPD TWO DAY Delivery Service is the fastest delivery service that we can offer. Next Day shipping will be unavailable for some select postcodes. For a full list of these postcodes please email: info@trendygolf.com

International Shipping Options:

All international orders must be placed before 12pm BST to be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next working day.

When should I expect the delivery of my parcel?

For all UK orders placed before 4pm BST, you should expect delivery within two working day. For International shipments, delivery times vary depending on your location, if an Estimated Time of Arrival is required then please contact our Customer Services team for further information.

Which Countries does TRENDYGOLF ship to?

TRENDYGOLF ships to all countries on the delivery dropdown list upon checkout. If your Country does not appear on our dropdown please contact our Customer Services team to enquire.

I am an International customer, how much duty will I have to pay?

Duties for customers residing outside of the United Kingdom will not be calculated until the parcel enters your Country. You will be invoiced by our shipping partner 'FedEx' and will be liable for any duty charges applied to your order. 

In addition, should you need to make an exchange you would also be charged duty on any replacement items.

My parcel says it has been delivered but I haven’t received it, what should I do?

On your delivery notification will be a photograph of the location in which your parcel has been delivered. Please also check that another member of your household or a neighbour has not taken the parcel in on your behalf. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please email our customer service team who will be happy to assist you. 

I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder in case the email has gone into this folder. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email then please email our customer service team with your name and the date that you placed the order. Email info@trendygolf.com

How do I return an item?

UK Customers

Order over £100?

If your order was over £100 you can return your order for free. Within your parcel is a Royal Mail Track 24 label. This is a pre-paid returns label to send your items back to us. To make your return please:


1. Package your items up ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original condition

2. Complete the Returns Form which is within your parcel and include this within the package

3. Stick the Royal Mail Track 24 label to the front of your package

4. Take this to your local Post Office and obtain proof of posting at the time of sending - please keep hold of the proof of posting until your return has been processed


Order under £100?


If your order was under £100, you are responsible for paying for the return. To make your return please:


1. Package your items up ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original condition

2. Complete the Returns Form which is within your parcel and include this within the package

3. Send your return to us at the below address and obtain proof of posting at the time of sending - please keep hold of the proof of posting until your return has been processed:

Do I have to pay to return an item?

If your order was over £100 you can return your order for free. Within your parcel is a Royal Mail Track 24 label. This is a pre-paid returns label to send your items back to us.

I sent my return back but have not had confirmation of it being received, what should I do?

Please allow seven working days from the date of which you sent your return to receive confirmation of your return. If you have still not received confirmation, please email a copy of your proof of posting to our customer service team who can look into this for you.

Will I be refunded for the full value of the item returned?

Provided items are returned to the desired specification, i.e unworn/undamaged and tags still attached then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase.

How long do I have to return an unwanted/Faulty item?

You have 21 days after receiving your purchase to return the item(s) to us, in the bags and with the tags attached as they were received. For any faulty item that you receive, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us of such fault but we will deal with any fault thereafter on a case-by-case basis.

Can I exchange an item?

An exchange can be made for an item of the same value or less expensive than the original item ordered. We cannot do exchanges for items that are more expensive than the original item. 

Please complete the details of the exchange you would like in the comments section on the returns form. If the new item requested is the same value then a straight exchange can be made. If the new item requested is less expensive than the original item then the exchange will be made and the money difference will be refunded. 

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of which your return is processed. If we do not have stock of the item requested then a refund will be processed. To help you have the best chance of getting the new item that you would like, we would recommend sending your unwanted item back for a refund and re-ordering the new item through the website. 

I have a faulty item, what should I do?

Please email our customer service team with your order number, a description of the faulty item and photographs of the fault. We deal with faulty items on a case-by-case basis based on brand warranty policies.

REWARDS PROGRAM

Why did we create the Loyalty Program?

With the TRENDYGOLF Loyalty Program, we are rewarding loyal customers. All regular customers can benefit from gaining loyalty points and moving up through the tier levels.

How can I benefit from the Loyalty Program?

You can benefit from the loyalty program simply by creating a TRENDYGOLF customer account.  All registered customers can work towards their tier status with every order that contains applicable products. You can also gain points through other means such as following us on social media pages, referring a friend and even be gifted points on your birthday!

Please make sure to be logged in when placing your order.

What type of levels are there?

Within the Loyalty Program, there are four levels:  BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD and BLACK:

  • BRONZE - Simply create a customer account
  • SILVER - You have collected 500 points
  • GOLD - You have collected 1000 points
  • BLACK - You have collected 2000 points

How do I earn points?

You can earn points in the rewards program by making purchases on the TRENDYGOLF website. 

For every pound spent, you will earn one point. 

You can also earn points by referring friends to TRENDYGOLF.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your hard-earned points is easy. Simply apply your points for a discount at checkout! 

You must be logged into your account to redeem your points. Points can be redeemed on the checkout page. From there, you can choose how many points you would like to use and apply them to your purchase at checkout. 

100 points = £10.00, 200 points = £20, 300 points = £30 and 400 points = £40

Minimum basket values apply for points to be redeemed*The basket value is after any discounts have been applied to the basket

I earned points/VIP tier with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account. For example, if you use a £10 coupon towards a £140 purchase that you decide to return, the £130 balance will be refunded to your credit card and the £10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.

Do rewards points expire?

Yes, rewards points expire after 12 months if not redeemed.

How do I move up to a higher tier in the rewards program?

Your tier in the rewards program is determined by the number of points you have earned over the past 12 months. As you earn more points, you will move up to a higher tier.

Is the rewards program free to join?

Yes, our loyalty program is completely free to join.

Can I earn points in ways other than making purchases?

Currently, points are earned primarily through purchases. But you can also earn points from completeing small tasks. These task can only be seen once you have joined the program. Find out more here...

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at CONTACT US to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
